Great hotel for a stay in Genoa. The room was sparkling clean, with high ceilings making it feel more spacious that it is and it smelled good. The pillows are a bit flat but the bed was comfortable. It felt like a higher grade hotel than only 3 stars so I would recommend it as it is a great balance between value and quality. The location is also good as it is in walking distance from everything.

We had a lovely 1 night stay. The service was with a smile and the people were so nice and helpful. The receptionist bumped us up to a bigger room. The hotel was clean and quiet despite being on a main road. We loved the continental breakfast they served too. The coffee was delicious. The only minor complaint I have is the Pillows in the bed were a bit uncomfortable and I am a sensitive sleeper. But all in all we were very happy.

Poor hotel if you're in a car. Parking is 5 min away and you are locked in till 8 weekdays and 10 weekend. Rooms have tinted windows and feel claustrophobic. No water pressure. Front door you can hardly get through with large suitcases. WiFi code not in room. Good location though, and cool elevator.

This is a fabulous hotel it's very central to all amenities rooms are very comfortable and lovely breakfast served in the morning Staff very nice and friendly and also very helpful the rooms are kept immaculately clean everyday definitely would recommend here when staying in Genoa

Very clean rooms, the staff are very helpful.on entering the hotel from the street, you have to go to the next floor to the reception, there is a lift.the continental breakfast was adequate, not a large selection but fresh and again the staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious and had air conditioning, the only down side there didn't seem to be any tea or coffee facilities in the room but the reception staff said if we wanted they would get a coffee from the eating area. In all a very pleasant hotel and a great location. If you get the ticket for the sightseeing bus there is a stop a few yards from the hotel, instead of going to the pickup point suggested.

Located right in the center of the city with easy walk to many places. Great breakfast and very clean and modern rooms. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Genoa. Stuff is very friendly and happy to help. There is parking available right on the street in the neighborhood.

Located in the central area on one of the main streets, the aquarium can be reached in half an hour on foot. The breakfast is plentiful, all the staff are friendly and always available. The room is cozy and very clean, comfortable beds and functional shower. I absolutely recommend for family and couple's.

Staff not very friendly but otherwise a lovely clean modern hotel hidden in an office building. Rooms modern and comfortable with a fridge. Breakfast very good and hotel is well located. Plenty of restaurants nearby.|Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.
